When the fact is too bitter to shallow

I think that the resentment came from not only the 'ejekan' but because of the hate & jealousy thst was there from the start..
The tahfiz boys was the epitome of something that they were not and could never be..
The victims had bright future.. loved by parents enough to be sent there.. monitored & disciplined by teachers.. looked upon by society with admiration.. budding scholars.. nutritious food were provided for them everyday..
While the perpetrators had no education to their name, probably not even a birth certificate.. activities totally ignored by parents and certainly the parents did not love them enough to make sure they were sent to school.. they had no teachers to guide them and be their mentors.. society probably looked at them with scorn and disgust and probably some compared them openly with the tahfiz boys.. others would pretend they were invisible, which is worse in many ways.. their only food was drugs.. future already very dark & hopeless..
The 'ejekan' was only a catalyst for what they had been wanting to do for a long time, the final straw..
When they were burning live humans, for them murder was just a by-product of them erasing the embodiments that reminded them just how much of - for lack of bettter word - LOSERS they were
The remorse & guilt was not there, because for them they were just destroying something that had irked them for a long time.. they never think that the 'something' had souls.. or families..
The consequences did not matter, it never did for people who had long lost their cause-and.-effect and empathy part of the brain due to intoxicating substance
This is my only explanation for something so heinous & disturbing that it keeps you awake at night.. it is no comfort, just a theory so that somehow you can digest that something like this exist in this world.. just digest and that's it, because acceptance will never come..
